What you can run today
Start with the capabilities you need. Each one writes to the same set of records, so adding the next one does not mean another copy of your data.
Products & inventory
One catalogue with SKUs, categories, costs and prices — and stock levels that move as you sell and receive.
Customers
A single customer list with contact details and the orders placed against each one.
Sales orders & quotes
Quote, confirm and track orders through their statuses without retyping line items.
Purchasing & goods receipt
Raise purchase orders with your suppliers and book stock in against what actually arrived.
Reporting
Read sales, stock and purchasing figures straight from the records the rest of the workspace uses.
Online order capture
Publish products to a simple online store and have those orders arrive as sales orders in your workspace.
The connected part is the point
Most small businesses keep products in one tool, customers in another and orders in a spreadsheet. The work is the copying between them. This is the flow that replaces it.
Add a product once
It gets a SKU, a category, a cost, a price and a stock level.
Sell it
Put it on a quote or a sales order for someone in your customer list. Nothing is retyped.
Take orders online
The same product can go on your online store, and those orders land beside the ones you entered by hand.
Watch stock move
Fulfilling a sale draws the stock down, so the number you see is the number you have.
Buy more of it
Raise a purchase order to a supplier and receive the goods back into the same stock record.
Report on all of it
Reports read those same records, so you are checking your business rather than reconciling files.
Online orders land where the rest of your work already is
Selling online usually means a second system, a second product list and a weekly export. In GoPortaly the store reads your catalogue and writes back sales orders.
Your store sells the products already in your catalogue — no second product list to maintain. An online order arrives as a sales order you can confirm and fulfil like any other. The buyer lands in the same customer list as the ones you added yourself. It is order capture, not an online shop with payment processing: no payment provider is connected during the beta, so you settle payment with the customer the way you do now.
What's in the beta, and what isn't
GoPortaly is early. We would rather ship six things that work than list twelve that don't, so here is the line as it stands today.

Try it with your own products
Creating a workspace takes a company name, your name, an email address and a password. There is no card form and nothing to cancel.
